Shipping policy

We offer free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $30.

We have free standard shipping for orders shipping within the mainland US. After your order is placed, it takes 3- 10 business days fordelivery for standard shipping.

We do ship internationally. but the customer has to pay the shipping fees. Alaska and Hawai are not included in our free standardshipping.

Once the items leave our facility. they are in the hands of our third party delivery service. It is our hope that they wl do thei best to meettheir delivery promises, but we cannot control their performance.

Processing Time

Orders with Standard Shipping typically ship within 1-3 business days. Orders received on weekends will be processed within thefollowing three business days. Expedited Shipping orders received on Friday after 1lam will ship the following Monday. ExpeditedShipping does not deliver on the weekends. Neither standard or expedited orders ship on holidays.

Orders from PGYIOO to US are shipped via UPS or FedEx All other international orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL PleaseNote: Delivery of your international PGYIOO orders can take up to 5-15 days. and other countries such as UK can take up to 15-45 days

The international shipping costs that we can control including taxes. processing and handling fees communicated to us by our wordwideshipping service, are calculated at checkout and wll be paid by the customer when the order is placed. These are based on the individualegulations and laws of the country your PGYIOO order is shipping to. However, in many cases, there are additional dutiesequired by countries once the packages enter that country for which we cannot control Please understand PGYIOO does notake responsibility for any of those additional duties that may be charged by your country after they leave the U.S. nor do we have anyway of anticipating what those potential fees could be. Please be aware of those fees before placing an order with PGYIOO.When your order is placed we guarante current exchange rates, although should the exchange rate for your country change, you as the

customer will not be billed for any fluctuating U.S. shipping fees once your order has been processed.

Itis PGYIOO policy that all undeliverable or refused packages remain the customer's responsibility. and all shipping. duties/taxes.processing and handling fees are non -refundable. A refund wll be issued at current retail value for item(s) delivered and restocked in ourdistribution center.
